Thailand will host the 1st Asian Indoor Games 2005 from November 12 to 19 .
They will take place in Bangkok, Chon Buri, Suphan Buri, and Phuket.
The Asian Indoor Games comprise nine sports, namely swimming, hoop takraw, dance sports, sports aerobics, indoor athletics, futsal, indoor cycling, muay, or kick boxing, and extreme sports, which includes bicycle stunt flatland, bicycle stunt park, inline skate, skate board, and sports climbing....

With a really brilliant performance the 'Number One' of the FIG world ranking list, the Romanian Daniela Izabela Lacatus got the title at the today's final of the world Cup '2nd German Aerobics Open' in Leipzig, Germany.
In an original manner this world cup event was held in the historical but modern eastern Hall of the main train station of Leipzig.
In men's category the best of qualification, the Italian Vito Iaia loose against the Spaniard Ivan Parejo.

Former Romanian Olympian Vanda Hadarean represents Canada at the upcoming World Fitness Championships.

It was a historical moment for Britisher John Atkinson, Aerobics’ Technical President, when he officially opened the first Academy ever in the history of Aerobics. His pride and hope for the global development of his sport were evident in his introductory address. He expressed his gratitude, emphasising FIG President, Professor Bruno Grandi’s constant devotion, whose philosophy led to the establishing of the Academies.

Aussies win Sport Aerobics Gold at ANAC

The Australian Sport Aerobics team achieved outstanding results at the ANAC International Aerobic Championships. A total of 3 Gold and 1 Silver medal were won by Australian athletes. This is Australia 's best performance at an international Sport Aerobics competition.
