18th FLOWERS CUP 2009
Once biennially since 1975, Aalsmeer, otherwise known as The Netherlands’ “Flower Capital of the World”, turns into a hub for elite international Trampoline gymnasts.
The small town just outside Amsterdam hosted the 18th edition of the prestigious “Flower Cup” on March 21, 2009 in the De Bloemhof Sports Hall.
A large number of 330 actually participamts competed in the event, representing 13 different nations.

As well as in artistic gymnastics and rythmic gymnastics, do the trampoline referees update their knowledge through international courses. These are organised by the World Federation of Gymnastics and include the newest modifications of the assessment criteria.
Thus 30 canditates meet in the Tuhringia county sports school in Bad Blankenburg to acquire the FIB brevet or to extend its validity this weekend (27/02/2009 until 01/03/2009).
